Praise the Lord, it is my pleasure to advise you that we are about to finish our review, which I thought we would never get through. I give God all the glory for breaking down this extremely difficult aspect of Kabbalah, that He enabled me to break it down to the degree that I did. I think that you all have a large measure of understanding of what we have reviewed. So after I explain what's on the board, we are going on, we have completed our review, and we are going on.
As I told you quite a few weeks ago, we have a few messages on Gematria working with this whole concept of SaG (63), and then we will move on following out textbook, The Tree of Life. Actually, it is Chayyim Vital's Tree of Life, but it is Isaac Luria's teachings, and we have a lot to learn. We have to learn the Hebrew letters and the vowels, and we will not be on this Gematria forever, but we do have a little bit more to do on it.
I just remind you that what we are engaged in right now is numerical proofs of God's word. I understand that in Chayyim Vital's subsequent volumes...remember we are studying Volume 1 of a seven volume series. I am told that in his subsequent volumes that he actually applies this material to the everyday aspects of life. This I've got to see. Not that I don't believe it. This is so complicated, it is going to be something to see how there could be a practical value of all of this, but, in any event, it has certainly expanded my understanding, my ability to comprehend.
I know I am ascended spiritually. I'm very, very excited at what God has done, and at some point this has to break into healing. I personally am sick again. I have another virus. There is definitely something wrong with my immune system. I'm doing much better than I did years ago, but there is still something wrong with my immune system. I think all of us that are studying are waiting for some measure of healing. So at some point, this has to break forth into healing. We cannot ascend and hold on to our infirmities. It is just not possible. Please bear with me. I am a little slow because I am not really "myself," but we are going to get through this, we are going to go on.
Drawing #1. I have on the board the columnar view of SaG (63). You may remember that SaG (63) is the numerical value given to the Holy Name associated with which letter of the Tetragrammaton?
COMMENT: First H of the Tetragrammaton.
PASTOR VITALE: Yes.
The first H of the Tetragrammaton is SaG (63), and we have proven over the last few messages that....well, the whole of the first H is SaG (63), just like all of me is a woman. You can't just say that my finger is a woman, all of me is a woman, even though this finger does not indicate my female qualities, all of me is a woman. So the first H of the Tetragrammaton is SaG (63), and we have also proven that, which aspect of the Holy Name associated with the first H, which aspect of that Holy Name is SaG (63)? Does anybody remember? Remember, I am a woman, but it is my womb that identifies all of me as a woman. This finger is a woman's finger because it is attached to a body that has a womb. So what part of that first H of the Holy Name makes the whole H, SaG (63)?
PASTOR VITALE: Tevunah, yes.
Now remember, each of the four letters of the Tetragrammaton is the Holy Name itself, the Holy Name being YHVH. So you have named the name, Tevunah is the part of the first H, that is SaG (63), and where is Tevunah located in that Holy Name? SaG (63), in and of itself, YHVH, and what part of that is Tevunah?
COMMENT: The second H.
PASTOR VITALE: The second H, yes.
The Tevunah of Binah...I didn't say this before, but the first H of the Tetragrammaton is SaG (63), is also Binah, understanding, and the second H of Binah would be Tevunah, and Tevunah is the what? Well, I'm not making the question clear. The question is, the second H of Binah is Malkhut. Let me remind you that's Malkhut, and Tevunah is the personification of Binah's Malkhut. Malkhut of Binah is the only Binah that's called Tevunah. We can be a family with 20 children, and all children are named Smith, but there is only child that's named John Smith in that family.
Tevunah is the only Malkhut of all the Malkhuts. Remember, there are a lot of Malkhuts, because there are five worlds, and each world has within it the five Partzufim or the ten Sefirot, and these worlds are infinite. They go on and on and on, so there are many Malkhuts, but as far as I know with my studies now, the only Malkhut that's called Tevunah is Binah's Malkhut. When we say Tevunah, we know which Tevunah we are talking about. Is everybody OK?
So Drawing 1 on the left side of the board is a drawing that we have been working with for weeks now, and we have proven that Tevunah is equal to the numerical value of SaG (63) by a process that defies all reason. Spiritual understanding and spiritual principles are not compatible with reasonable logic. You have to put your logic behind you to understand spiritual principles, because spiritual principles are of the mind, and the mind is a spiritual world, and there are different laws and different rules in the spiritual world than we have in this physical world.
The counterpart that we have in the secular world is Quantum Mechanics. When you start studying Quantum Mechanics, all of the rules....and Quantum Mechanics, for those of you who don't know, is a discipline associated with physics, but the rules of physics which apply to this world completely change when you start studying Quantum Mechanics. Quantum Mechanics is the study of subatomic particles, and physics is the study of the laws of this world. So the smaller you get, subatomic particles, means the particles of the atom that you find after you split the atom. That's what Quantum Mechanics studies.
So, apparently, the smaller we get the more the rules change, and, of course, we get smaller and smaller, and subatomic particles are invisible, and then you get smaller and smaller, and the spiritual world is within. The spiritual world is very small compared to this world, because the spiritual world has no time and has no space. It is not a three-dimensional world like we have here. There is consciousness and intelligence without mass. See, I have mass, you can measure me. I'm so many feet tall, I'm so many inches wide. There is no mass in the spirit world, so the rules are completely different. Quantum Mechanics lines up with spiritual studies. You must put your reason and your logic...you must leave it outside. You have to leave your guns outside or you will never get by.
We have proven that Tevunah has a numerical value of 63 by breaking the letters of Tevunah...now Tevunah is the H of Binah, the final H of Binah, and we have broken that final H that's an HeY, which has a numerical value of 15, we broke it down into a simple H with a numerical value of 5, and HeH which is H that has a numerical value of 10, and then we separated the H's into inside and outside, and then we laid hold of the V'AV (13) which was above, and which initially is attached to the H above. Initially, Binah's YHVH. The V is attached to the Y and the H above it, but Tevunah below laid hold and pulled down that V'AV. See the V'AV can so either way. The Y and the first H cannot be separated, but the V'AV can either be joined to the Y and the first H, or it can be joined to the H below.
The reason that Tevunah reached up and had to bring down that V'AV was because Tevunah gave of her substance. Who did she give of her substance to? What happed over here?
COMMENT: Ze'ir Anpin.
PASTOR VITALE: Ze'ir Anpin.
Tevunah gave a numerical value of how much to Ze'ir Anpin?
PASTOR VITALE: 5, yes.
Tevunah is the final H of Binah, the final H for a numerical value of 15, and she gave 5 parts of her numerical value to pass through the curtain to go down to Ze'ir Anpin, and the purpose of giving of her substance is to connect that which is below to that which is above. Tevunah gave of her own substance for the purpose of bringing the life of Binah down into Ze'ir Anpin's nose. OK, this is all review.
We have just been spending weeks on these calculations that defy reason, to break something into an inside and an outside, and then which doubles the value, there is no loss of value, it totally defies reason, but we are going with the Kabbalists.
Today, we are going to point out the Kabbalistic truth that says that there are three SaG (63)s, and so we are looking for a numerical value of 63 in three different places amidst all of these calculations. This whole left side of Drawing #1 where all these numbers and these letters and these insides and these outsides, all of this came or arose out of the simple name YHVH, that arose out of the first H of the Tetragrammaton. First, we had a Tetragrammaton, YHVH. We took the first H. It was a single letter. All of these calculations arose out of single Hebrew letter, the first H of the unique name. It is like having a family, and you just keep on expanding.
Amidst all of these calculations, we are looking to show where SaG (63) appears in three different places. Can anybody see it before I point it out? That's a little difficult. Well, I do have it up here. I'll help you.
OK, the first SaG (63), well let me tell you this first. The lower half of the column on the left side of the board shows that the V'AV is now worth a numerical value of 12. The H (10), I don't even know how to say this, to tell you the truth. The inside of the H (10) now has a numerical value of 26, and the inside of the H (5) now has a numerical value of 20, and if you don't understand that, you are going to have to review the previous tapes.
So we have Binah which is above that is left with a numerical value of the YOD which is 20, a simple H (5) and a YOD (10). So we have a numerical value of 35 that is still in Binah, and the V'AV (13), and the H (10) has expanded into a numerical value of 58. If you don't understand that, I can't do it again. You have to go back to the previous tapes. The V'AV (13) and the H (10) that remained above the line when the H (5) went down to Ze'ir Anpin has a numerical value of 58, and 58 is the numerical value of Ozen, the Hebrew word that means ear.
I might remind you going all the way back, we studied this months ago probably, that Binah is the right ear of Adam Kadmon, and Tevunah is the left ear of Adam Kadmon. So we see that we were given a spiritual principle early in our studies, a principle of a right and a left ear of Adam Kadmon, and now we see the numerical expression of the right and left ear of Adam Kadmon. Tevunah is the left ear, so the lower half of our column in our drawing is Tevunah, and we see that everything that is above the line, all of Tevunah minus the 5 that went down below the line, has a numerical value of 58.
So Adam Kadmon's left ear is Tevunah above the line that separates the ear from the nose. We have Adam Kadmon's left ear, and we see that when we include the numerical value of 5 that went down below the line into Adam Kadmon's nose, which is Ze'ir Anpin, we have a total of 63, 58 and 5 is 63. So we have proven that Tevunah has a numerical value of 63, and Tevunah extends from the V'AV (13) of Binah which is SaG (63), Tevunah extends from the V'AV (13) all the way down to the H (5) that went through the line. That's the first 63. Here it is right here. It is Tevunah, the V'AV (13) and the H (10) and the H (5) in their expanded condition which defies reason. That's the first SaG (63). Is everybody OK?
The second SaG (63) employs the same numerical value of 58 which is the V'AV (13) through the H (10). It does not include the H (5) that went down below the line. This is the second expression of SaG (63). It does not include the H (5) that went down below the line, but it does include this numerical value of 5 next to the V'AV (10) which is neither Binah nor Tevunah, the surrounding light. You may recall me telling you that this light which is neither Binah nor Tevunah is surrounding light. You may recall that when we took 2 parts of the YOD (10) of Binah to satisfy the inside of the V'AV (10), we could not separate any part of Binah into inside and outside, so we had to take the inside and the outside of the 2 parts of the YOD (10). We used 2 parts to satisfy the V'AV (10), and we gave 3 parts of the V'AV (10) to marry...I didn't say that right, let me say it again.
We had to take both the inside and the outside of the YOD (10) of Binah, but we only needed 2 parts of an outside to satisfy the inside of the V'AV (13), so we used the 2 parts of the outside of the YOD (10) to satisfy the V'AV (10), and we took 3 parts of that V'AV (13) and made it into surrounding light. So we have 3 parts of the V'AV (13) and 2 parts of the inside of the YOD (10) that we are not using. It is surrounding light. It overflowed the vessel, so when we take the numerical value of 20 plus 26 plus 12, that which is Tevunah above the line without including the H (5) that went down to Ze'ir Anpin, but we add this 58 to the 5, the 2 parts of the inside of the YOD (10), and the 3 parts of the V'AV (13) that became surrounding light, we have another 63 - 20, 26, 12, 3 and 2. The 3 and 2 equal 5, a numerical value of 5 from the surrounding light.
So what we are doing we are working with this 58 here. First we added the 5 below and got 63. The second time we added the excess 5 above and got 63. So we now have proved two times that SaG (63) is present in Tevunah.
The third time that SaG (63) appears to us is the H of the unique name, the Tetragrammaton, YHVH. The first H is Binah which is SaG (63). She is like the momma SaG (63), and these are the two SaG (63)s down here, the children SaG (63), and all three of them are SaG (63). What will we do with this profound information, I have no idea at this point, but you have exercised your mind to what ever degree you can understand it, thank God for it. Your ability to comprehend spiritual truth, your ability to lay your reason and your logic aside has been expanding to what ever degree you understand this. Is everybody OK?
One more point, remember we have shown you Adam Kadmon's left ear. Tevunah is Adam Kadmon's left ear. So where is His right ear? His right ear must equal 58 also, and I'm drawing this conclusion, I did not find this in the book, but I asked the Lord while I was looking at the drawing on the board, where is the right ear? And this is what He gave me. Now remember, the right ear, what we have left of Binah is a YOD (20), and a H (5), and a YOD (10), 35. So where is the 58 in the right ear, I asked? And this is what the Lord told me. Adam Kadmon's right ear is Binah, YOD (20), plus H (5) plus YOD (10) equals 35, plus the V'AV (13) that became a part of Tevunah. In other words, this V'AV (13), I told you earlier, it can either go with Tevunah or it can go up. It either goes with the H below it or with the H above it. It goes either way.
So when we are looking for the right ear, we are making this V'AV (13) a part of the 2 letters above it. So we are looking for the right ear. What we have left of Binah here, 35 plus the V'AV (13) that became a part of Tevunah plus the H (10) that was left above the line after the H (5) went down into the nose. The right ear for a numerical value of 58 also is the YOD (20), the H (15), and to make up that right ear we take back the V'AV (13) and make it a part of the right ear. The V'AV (13) when it is joined to the left ear makes Tevunah, makes SaG (63), and when it is joined to the two letters above, Y and H, it makes SaG (63).
So that V'AV goes both ways where ever it is needed to form the SaG (63). That's just like saying that we have a family here, and we need a majority for every vote. So one vote comes up, and you three over there are in agreement, so we are going to get the vote, but there is another vote coming up and one of you doesn't agree so I have to come over here, and I have to agree with you because there always has to be three that are in agreement. But maybe I am needed over there next, and I'm going to go over to other people to make a threesome over there. I go where ever I am needed to make up that threesome to get the vote. That's what the V'AV does, a wild card in a card game. Is everybody OK?
Drawing #2. It is the same on the left side of the board, it is the same left column. SaG (63) below and SaG (63) above is the secret of Genesis 6:9 which says, these are the generations of Noah, Noah. Now, first of all, can anyone show us the SaG (63) below? Where is the SaG (63) below? What does that mean? We just had it on the previous drawing if you can remember.
COMMENT: I would say that it is the V'AV (10). It would equal 12 on that side. This one is equal to 26, and then this is 20, and the come to 58 which is ear, Ozen, and then from below is the 5 that came down from above on the outside of H (5).
PASTOR VITALE: Excellent, that's SaG (63) below. Can anyone show us SaG (63) above? Where is the SaG (63) above?
COMMENT: The 68, ear, Ozen, and 5 from neither Binah or Tevunah.
PASTOR VITALE: Excellent, that's SaG (63) above. So you know what I'm talking about. OK.
SaG (63) below and SaG (63) above is the secret of, these are the generations of Noah, Noah. Now this expression, and this is the secret of, that's Isaac Luria and Chayyim Vital's way of saying, this is the mystery, but it is really talking about, in this case anyway, is the spiritual understanding of this verse, and I have it right here in the King James Translation. I am going to read it to you. Genesis 6:9, These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man, and perfect in all his generations. So it really says, Noah, Noah, and the King James translators added a colon. These are the generations of Noah, Noah. The King James translators added a colon and made the second Noah a new sentence, but if you look further, and I don't have this in the book, this is my observation, Noah actually appears three times in that verse.
It says, These are the generations of Noah, Noah was a just man and perfect in his generation, and Noah walked with God. So we see that Noah has a numerical value, the Hebrew word, Noah, has a numerical value of 58 and when we add that 58 to the H that went down below, we have 63. When we add that 58 to the 5 that neither Binah nor Tevunah, we have 63, and the ancient Kabbalists, what the Hebrew call our sages from years past, say this is the secret of the Scripture in Genesis 6:9 when it says, Noah, Noah.
The parable or the surface level of the Scripture says that Noah walked with God, and Noah was saved from the flood. Why? Because he was attached to Binah. Eternal life is in Binah. Eternal life is in Binah, so to say that Noah, the numerical value of Noah is 58, and that to say Noah, Noah, that the hidden meaning, the secret of Noah, Noah is that Noah was attached to Ze'ir Anpin below, and he was also attached to Binah above. He was attacked to the surrounding light above, and then we had Noah a third time which meant he was attached to Binah, because the third SaG (63) is the second H of the Tetragrammaton. What it means is he was, in church vernacular, saved. You are not saved by answering an altar call. You are saved when you are joined to the Lord Jesus Christ. That's what we are hoping for.
Our first job is to get Christ grafted to us to do whatever we have to do so that Christ will graft to us. Everybody here has that, and then as Christ matures into Christ Jesus, He begins to ascend and fight with Satan within us, and His ultimate goal is to join with the Lord Jesus who comes through our brain. I don't understand it completely, but this is what I'm learning now, that the Lord Jesus is in our brain. Christ Jesus is in our heart, and the union takes place through the throat. We are waiting for that union. That is the union that when it is complete will catapult us into eternal life. Praise the Lord.
See Christ Jesus in us, to give us eternal life, has to get control of our brain. He has to get from the heart center into our brain, and only the Lord Jesus can catch Him up there, and they meet in the throat. I've been preaching this for years that the throat is the place in the air, and we will meet the Lord in the air, and will forever be with the Lord. I preached this from the Doctrine of Christ, that the throat center was the place of the meeting in the air.
OK, let's stay on this message here. Praise the Lord, we are just about caught up. There is one other thing I wanted to review. I'm not going to re-do this because we just did it last week. I showed you the numerical expression of the Zayin. We are talking about the Hebrew word Ozen which means ear, which has a numerical value of 58. I showed you last week that the Aleph has a numerical value of 1 and the Zayin has a numerical value of 7, and I showed it to you concerning the extra 8 parts. OK, going back here to the left side of the board. I'm looking at this V'AV. It was V'AV (13). We gave 3 parts of the V'AV over to surrounding light, and the inside of the V'AV (13) became a V'AV (10). Two parts of the outside of the YOD (10) satisfied 2 parts of the V'AV (10), and there were 8 parts left over. Remember me talking about that last week. You may not understand it completely, but do you remember me talking about that last week.
What I was doing with that was showing you the numerical expression of the Hebrew letter Aleph which is our English O, which has a numerical value of 1, and the Zayin has a numerical value of 7, and you may recall or you can listen to the tape again if you want to, that the 8 extra parts that existed, the 8 extra parts of the V'AV (10) were broken down into 7 parts, and then a single part, because the 2 parts of the outside of the YOD (10) shined their light upon the 8 parts of the inside of the V'AV, and one of those 2 parts shined 1 part further than the other 7 parts. That is the numerical expression of the Hebrew letter Aleph and Zayin concerning the Hebrew word Ozen. Now we are about to enter into a study, and we are going to do several Gematria manipulations concerning the last letter of the Hebrew word Ozen, Nun, the Hebrew letter that has the bulk of the value. The Nun has a numerical value of 50.
So what are we doing? We are dissecting the Hebrew word for ear, Ozen. We have shown you the numerical expression of the first letter Aleph, and the second letter Zayin, and now we are going to do some spiritual gymnastics with the Nun. The E apparently is not a letter. It was just put in there for pronunciation sake. The word Ozen is Aleph, Zayin, Nun. Is everybody OK?
The review is over. Congratulations. We are going to go on.
Praise the Lord, this is all new material. Our textbook is Chayyim Vital's Tree of Life. Chayyim Vital was Isaac Luria's prime student, and when you get up that high most masters have only one student. I want you all to know that, that deep spiritual studies are not done in groups of hundreds or even fifties. It is small groups. Now when you get into the really deep stuff, the masters have one disciple. You need to know that. Why? To know who you are. This group is not this small, because we don't have the numbers that the other churches have. This group is as small as it is because you are, and we are, a discipleship group, and discipleship groups frequently are not more than one or two. We are big. We are big for a discipleship group, and you need to know that.
Our textbook goes on to tell us, looking at our column again, that exists both in Drawing #1 and 2. We have all these parts here, inside and outside, and everything is all mixed up there, and chopped up and moved around. Our textbook tells us that the main parts of all of this mix-mash on the board is a numerical value of 25. The main parts total 25. Now remember, we have broken things down into an inside and an outside and borrowed from here and borrowed from Peter to pay Paul. But the main parts of what is on this column here is only 25, has a numerical value of only 25. So where are the main parts? How did we get that?
The main parts are the H (10), and the V'AV (13), not talking about inside and outside now. The H (10) because 5 parts of the H (15) is given over to the nose. That's gone. We have the H (10) and the V'AV (13), those are two of the main parts. The H and the V'AV of what? The H and V'AV of the Holy Name, YHVH, that is Binah, the second letter of the Tetragrammaton. The H and the V'AV comes to 23. Now we know that in SaG (63), the H is spelled out with a YOD. So the H should be an HeY with a numerical value of 15, but we gave 5 points away to Ze'ir Anpin who is the nose. So we have a H (10), main part, V'AV (13), main part, equals what? Doesn't add to 25? The book says...someone says 23, and the book says that the main parts are 25. So where are the other 2 parts? The book has to be right. That's our teacher, that textbook is our teacher.
The 2 parts that will make the 23 a 25 are the 2 parts that came down from the YOD (10). So we are told that the main parts of this whole left column....I guess the only name for it is that it is the SaG (63), the first H of the Tetragrammaton that has been expanded, but the main parts of Tevunah. I'm sorry, I guess it is the main parts of Tevunah are the H (10), the V'AV (13), and the 2 parts that came down from the YOD (10). So the main parts of Tevunah have a numerical value of 25.
What we are dealing with right now is the Nun of the Hebrew Ozen. That's what we are dealing with now, and we are going to be proving that the Nun...first of all, we want to find the Nun in Tevunah. We not only want to find the Nun in Tevunah, but in the H(10), the V'AV (13), and the 2 parts that came down from the YOD (10), we are looking for a numerical value of 50 to show that everyone of the letters in the Hebrew word Ozen, Aleph, Zayin, and Nun exist in Tevunah. Is everybody following me as to what we are looking for? Want me to say it again, do you know what we are looking for?
We are looking for a numerical value of 50 in this...it is not all of Tevunah. It is in this left ear here, 20, 46, in this numerical value of 58 we are looking for the 50 in this 58. I showed you the 1, and I showed you the 7. I showed you the 8 over here where we now see a V'AV (10). I showed you the 8. We are looking for the 50 in this 58. Well, I just showed you 25, the main parts without any inside and outside, which took 2 parts from the YOD (10). It totally defies reason. We have just found the numerical value of 25 without the inside and the outside. Now that we find the 25, our textbook says, but everything has an inside and an outside, so the 25 must double and become a 50. Doesn't that make sense? Did you follow what I said? OK.
Here is the Nun in the numerical value of Ozen, 58, ear. That's where the Nun is. We got rid of the inside and the outside. We said the main parts were the H (10), the V'AV (13), and the 2 parts in the YOD (10), and then we just doubled it, because everything has an inside and an outside. Totally irrational to the human mind. Anybody having a problem with this? I don't think I'm going to put that on the board or make a drawing out of that.
The next thing our textbook tells us, giving us a few witnesses to this, is...well, I guess I gave you the numerical value of 50 too soon. According to the textbook, the next thing is that there are 25 letters in the Shem'a. Does anybody remember what the Shem'a is? The Shem'a is what the Hebrews call the unity. So Shem'a Yisrael Adonay Elohaynu Adonay Echad means "Hear O Israel, the Lord your God is One God," and the Jews sound this unity. They sound it many times in their prayers, and what it is really saying, as far as we are concerned, is "Lord Jesus, please marry Christ Jesus and bring us into eternal life." Or bring us into oneness, bring us into unity with the Eyn Sof. We did a whole message on the Shem'a. I think we called it "This Way and That Way." Moses looked this way and that way.
This is what our textbook says. We found the numerical value of 25 in the word Ozen, and there are also 25 letters in the Shem'a, and we are told that this is why the Shem'a uses the terminology of hearing. "Hear O Israel, the Lord your God is One God." The reason is to show that everything depends on the ear which is Ozen, and this is what the books says, because whoever recites the Shem'a must make it audible to the ear because the whole existence is from there. We have to hear it, we have to understand it, to exist, to go on with God.
Then our textbook tells us what I've already told you. Everything must have an inside and an outside, so we double the 25 and we get 50, and we have now found the numerical value of 50 in the word ear which his the numerical value of the letter Nun. Then we are told that this is the secret of, "He, Moses, turned this way and that way." Exodus 2:12. We did a whole message on that so if you are hearing this tape, and you want to follow through on this please get that tape.
In addition, we are told, each of the 2 declarations...there are 2 declarations of God's unity. I told you one, "Hear O Israel, the Lord your God is One God." This is the declaration of God's unity. Now what is supposed to be happening....this is a prayer that they actually pray. They say those words to the most beautiful melody. If I could sing, I would sing it for you. It touches my spirit whenever I hear it. What they say they are doing is they are joining the Tetragrammaton...I guess I have to put this on the board for you.
Drawing #3, I'm reading down at the bottom of the board first. There are two declarations of God's unity in the Scripture. Both have a numerical value of 25. Now remember, we are dealing with the Hebrew word Ozen, ear, understanding which means Binah, and Binah is eternal life. The numerical value of the letter Nun of the word Ozen, in particular, which has a numerical value of 50. So we are dealing with 50's. Our textbook tells us that there are two declarations of God's unity, and both have a numerical value of 25. The two declarations of God's unity have a total numerical value of 50, 25 each. The first is "Hear O Israel, the Lord your God is One God." That is in Deuteronomy 6:4.
There is no Scripture for the second declaration, and I don't know whether it is in the Scripture or it is just something that the Jews say in their prayers. I imagine it must be in one of the prayer books if not in the actual Scripture. "Blessed is the name of His glorious kingdom forever and ever." When you add up the numerical value of all these letters it comes to 25. So we see that the letter Nun, the Hebrew letter Nun, is related to the unity of God.
I would like to try to impart to you tonight an understanding of this concept of the unity of God and how important it is to the Jew and what it means to us as Christians. This concept of what the unity of God means to us as Christians is the marriage. The prophesied marriage between the son and us and the Glorified Jesus Christ, and He is the only one that has immortality. Immortality is in the son, and, according to the Kabbalah studies, the immortality....I'm sorry, I think I said that wrong. And the glorified Jesus Christ alone is immortality. The Glorified Jesus Christ is Binah to us. Immortality is in Binah. The Glorified Jesus Christ is coming to marry Christ Jesus in us. He is coming to marry His own son to complete the unity of God.
Now what we are told is the Tetragrammaton here, the top of the board now, is YHVH. We all know that. We are told that it is possible for the second two letters of the Tetragrammaton the V'AV and the second H to be separated from the YOD and the first H. This is what we are taught. Now the first two letters, the Y and the H are frequently pronounced with the vowel "a" in between them, Yah, and that is the name of God that is associated with Chokhmah, Yah. Chokhmah means wisdom. That's the YOD and Binah, understanding, that's the H. They are the permanent married couple, they are also father and mother, and they are immortal. They cannot be destroyed. They are beyond this physical world. They are in a world unto themselves. They are beyond time and space.
If you want to say they are in heaven, in the higher heaven, you can say they are in the higher heaven. It is impossible for sin to touch them, it is impossible for them to die, and it is impossible for them to separate from each other. Binah and Chokhmah, it is impossible for them to separate from each other, and it is impossible for them to separate from Keter, and it is impossible for Keter to separate from Eyn Sof.
So we see that the first two letters of the Tetragrammaton, Y and H, we are talking about permanent union with the Eyn Sof, Binah, Chokhmah, and Keter who cannot be separated from Eyn Sof. If there is a problem...well, let me tell you this first. What the unity means is what Jesus Christ experienced. It is talking about the Glorified Jesus Christ completely joined to Christ Jesus in us and being God in the flesh, being immortal. Jesus said, "No man can take my life, I have to lay it down to die."
So every time the Jews sounds the unity, he is trying to pray down this unity, what we call the marriage. Every time the Jew sounds or sings, because all the prayers are sung in the Hebrew services, the unity...he is really saying, Lord Jesus please come and join with me already, and get me out of all the trouble that I'm in, in this world, heal my body, stop me from dying. I've been praying for about a year now, "Lord, I simply cannot die. Not that I'm close to dying, but even in another 20-30 years, I just can't die, I just have too much to do. I have too much to learn, I have too much to teach, I have too much to experience, I cannot die, don't let me die." There is must another way of saying, "Let me enter into eternal life."
Isaac Luria died, I think, in his 40's. Rabbi Kaplan, who wrote the book that I preached from...It was not A Look at Kabbalah. It was Permanent Meditative Consciousness. He died. I think Isaac Luria died in his 30's. So in the past, some of the greatest teachers of Kabbalah have died very young. I'm living on borrowed time having been as sick as I've been all my life. I should have been dead at 12, but I'm still here because today we have a Savior. They did not have the Savior before Jesus Christ. "Well, I can't die, I just have too much to do here. I have to weave the Doctrine of Christ together with Kabbalah and fulfill my part in bringing immortality to the whole of humanity. I just got too much to do, I can't die. You have got to do something Lord." That is the principle of the unity. That's what the Jew means when he talks about the unity of God. He's talking about the experience that we know to be the marriage.
I'm trying to impart to you an understanding of what Kabbalah does with this Holy Name, YHVH. See, these letters represent the whole message. It would be as if I were to say to you the words, "The Doctrine of Christ represent everything that I taught here for 13 years." These four letters, YHVH, represent the whole creation.
Getting back to where I was, when the Y H and the V H are all appearing together, what that means is that is a code for saying, "All of humanity is married to the Glorified Jesus Christ, and we are One." Each one of us is called to be One with God. We are not supposed to be separated from God. We are supposed to be a unity, a single unit with God. It is not supposed to be that our carnal mind pulls this way, and Christ pulls this way, you see. We are supposed to be one single unit, just like Ezekiel's glorified man. They didn't thrust one another, they all walked in the same direction, they were all coordinated. This is what we are striving for. Not only for the individual, for the Tetragrammaton to be...see, right now the Tetragrammaton is divided. As far as I know, I have no reason to believe that the unified Tetragrammaton exists anywhere in this world. It exists in Jesus Christ alone as far as I know.
So the first two letters, the Y and the H which are immortal, which are connected to the Eyn Sof and cannot be separated from it, are divided from the V and the H. The V and the H are down here in the mortal world. So the Jew is looking for the unity, the Christian is looking for the marriage. It is the same thing. We want to form a unity with God, and then the Lord wants to form a unity with the whole of humanity, and when the Lord has a unity with the whole of humanity, all of humanity will stop killing each other. We all kill each other every day with our minds, with our carnal minds.
So to remind you, this is our present condition. Yah exists. The Y and the H exists, but it is separated. At one time, the YHVH was completely unified, but let me go this way first. The V represents Tiferet or you can say the V represents Ze'ir Anpin, and Ze'ir Anpin is the immortal son who can die to his immortality. And who did that happen to? Which Bible character was immortal and died to his immortality? Who died to his immortality?
COMMENT: I'll say Elijah.
PASTOR VITALE: No.
COMMENT: I'll say Moses.
PASTOR VITALE: No.
COMMENT: I'll say Adam Kadmon.
PASTOR VITALE: Xxxx is the closest.
First of all let me take you one at a time. Let me start with you. Was Moses immortal?
COMMENT: I took a guess, and it was wrong.
PASTOR VITALE: Moses was never immortal.
You answered Elijah. Elijah ascended into immortality, but he did not die to his immortality. Right? OK. And it wasn't Adam Kadmon. Adam Kadmon cannot die, but it was Adam, the Adam who was in the Garden that died, and another name for Adam who was in the Garden is Ze'ir Anpin. He was a lower Adam. Adam Kadmon, Himself, cannot die. He is immortal. I'm not sure which world the Adam who died was in. I'm not sure, I don't know.
So Ze'ir Anpin represents the immortal son who can die to his immortality, and that immortal son who died to his immortality because of sin, he arose from the dead in the person of who? The lower Adam who died to his immortality arose from the dead in the person of who? Did he rise from the dead? Has Adam risen from the dead?
PASTOR VITALE: No, as far as I know, Noah did not die, and he did not rise from the dead.
Oh, I see, did Adam rise from the dead in the person of Noah? Well, maybe I didn't phrase that question correctly. Adam has risen from the dead and can never die any more in the person of whom?
COMMENT: Jesus Christ.
PASTOR VITALE: Jesus Christ.
Actually, Adam rose from the dead in Noah. He rose from the dead in everyone of the prophets, he rose from the dead in every Jew that manifested the anointing, but he kept dying. The Adam who died, the son who died, rose from the dead in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ, and He can never die any more. What that Adam is doing right now is He is the head, Jesus is the head, He rose from the dead in His head, and now He's raising His body from the dead, and different parts of His body...we are the parts of His body. The seed of Abel in each of us are the parts of His body, and He's raising us from the dead. This is what happens to us. We did everyday. That's what Paul said, we die everyday. Every time we choose our carnal mind over Christ, Christ dies, Abel dies again everyday. But because of Jesus Christ, our anchor in the world above, He keeps raising us from the dead.
Actually, it is because Christ is grafted to Abel. Actually, it is the Christ in us that's grafted to Abel that keeps raising him from the dead every time we sin. Don't forget that Abel is involved in our carnal mind. Our carnal mind is the Fiery Serpent, Cain and Abel, and every time Cain overcomes Abel, and Abel sins because of his submission to Cain, Christ who is grafted to Abel forgives his sins and raises him from the dead. It is not even the Glorified Jesus Christ. It is the son or the seed of the Glorified Jesus Christ in us sticking closer to Abel than a brother, sticking real close, raising him from the dead continuously and dragging him up.
So the V'AV of the Tetragrammaton signifies the son, and the son can be attached to Yah, mother and father, and when the son is attached to Chokhmah and Binah, the son is restored to immortality, but it is possible for that son to be separated from the Y and the H, from the YOD and the HeY and when he is separated from the YOD and the HeY, he dies. The H of the Tetragrammaton is the female, Malkhut, and her Partzuf or her personality. The name of her personality is Nukva, and it is the Malkhut at the very end, or sometimes called the tail of the Tetragrammaton that penetrates humanity, because this Tetragrammaton signifies what is called a heavenly constellation. That's a spiritual universe that indwells the Jew through the promise that was imparted to Abraham, and the seed that was imparted to Isaac and passed on to the 12 tribes through Jacob. For the non-Jew, through the grafting of Christ. Praise the Lord.
So those of us that either...and Malkhut/ Nukva, in humanity that's in Israel, because the heavenly constellation now, the Tetragrammaton, is only in the Jew and in the Christian that has Christ. Malkhut/ Nukva in an individual who is separated from the YOD and the H is called? Does anybody know what the Malkhut/ Nukva, or it would be Christ in this generation for us, who is dwelling and grafted to a human being where the V'AV and the H are separated from the Y and the H, what is that Malkhut/ Nukva, called? Does anybody remember? The Shekinah.
When that V'AV and H are attached to the YOD and the H, then I don't think she is called Shekinah. Shekinah is the aspect of Malkhut/ Nukva, that goes into captivity. I'm not really sure how it works, with the Christian at this point. If Christ is grafted to you, if it is impossible to dislodge Him, I don't know, but I will just put you all in the same category for the time being.
So, the human being, the Jew or the Christian that has Malkhut/Nukva dwelling in him, when that H is attached to the V'AV, is attached to the YOD and H above, she is not called Shekinah. She is called Malkhut/Nukva. She is called Nukva, the bride. Nukva is the bride. The bride takes the name Shekinah when she is separated from the world above, when she separated from the YOD and the first H, then Malkhut takes the name Shekinah. That's the aspect of Malkhut/Nukva that goes into captivity. So for a human being that has the whole Tetragrammaton, the whole heavenly constellation dwelling in them, if we sin, that sin acts as a gravity and starts pulling us away from the YOD and the H, and the result is the breaking up of the unity of God. It is possible for just the H to pull away, the second H, and it is possible for the H and the V'AV to pull away, but it is not possible for the YOD and the H to come down out of immortality.
So if we turn away from God with enough strength, if we turn towards our sin, and the YOD and the H won't come with us, there will be a division, there will be a tear in the garment. Can you understand that? I have this book in my hand, grab hold of one end of this book. OK, we are both pulling on this book. I've got the YOD and the H and you've got the V'AV and the H, and I'm not doing it too well, but let go. See, my strength is too strong for you. Actually, this book would rip in half. I'm sorry, I didn't do it right. I wouldn't let go and you wouldn't let go, and what would happen is the book would rip in half, and you would have the V'AV and the H, and I would be the YOD and the H.
We cannot manipulate or control God, and it doesn't matter that we don't know we are doing it, you see. Brethren, you have to get this. It doesn't matter that you don't know that you are doing it. The truth is that if you are pulling away from God in your mind in any way, you are going to tear that garment. That's why the Lord has someone here to tell you what's going on in the back of your mind, because you are too blind to see it, and to fight with the teacher when she is telling you what's going on in the back of your mind, when you are blind, makes you like a blind man fighting with someone that wants to get you across the river. Makes no sense at all. Makes no sense.
What we are talking about now is the unity of God, and the unity of God is associated with the numerical value 50 which is the same numerical value as the Hebrew letter Nun, which is the third letter of the Hebrew word Ozen which means ear for a total numerical value of 58. What does all this mean? It is just a proof. I've been telling you this for the last couple of months. It is just mathematical manipulation to mathematically prove the statements of God, and it is a training for your mind. Is everybody OK?
Let me just finish this out. It is sticking in my mind that Scripture that Jesus talked about, that if you put new wine in an old garment, the garment will tear. It is coming to me that is what He was talking about, that if you put the new wine, if you put the Spirit of Christ, in your carnal mind you will not be able to affect the unity of God. The marriage cannot take place between the Spirit of Christ and your carnal mind. Why? Because your carnal mind....this is another Scripture, Paul says, the carnal mind is at enmity with God, and it pulls against God. So if the Lord gives you the Spirit of Christ in your carnal mind, and the carnal mind is at enmity with God, and it cannot be anything other than at enmity with God, because that's its very nature, the garment that the Lord is putting together...and who is the garment? We are the garment. So the carnal mind that controls the flesh of the body will pull away from the Spirit of Christ, and the garment, the unity that the Lord is trying to put together within us will tear, and then what will happen?
The Spirit of Christ will remain immortal, the Lord Jesus will remain immortal, and the Christ that He's grafted to you will rend away from the unity. I think I said that the wrong way. If you are putting the new wine in an old garment, then you don't have Christ. I guess what you have is the Holy Spirit, and you won't be able to hold it together. You have to get a new garment, and the new garment is your mind. You need the Mind of Christ. So I guess I didn't say that right. Let me try it again.
The new spirit is the Spirit of Christ, and the garment of the spirit is the mind. So if the Lord Jesus gives you the Spirit of Christ in your carnal mind, the carnal mind will not walk at peace with the Spirit of Christ but will oppose it on every turn, and the garment will tear. I'm even getting another meaning out of this. If you try to study Kabbalah with your carnal mind, you can have an emotional/mental problem. I've read warnings about this in the world for people who pursue Hinduism and disciplines like that, and I've seen the same warnings in the books that I'm studying for Kabbalah. If you are not covered by Christ Jesus, you could have a mental breakdown because the carnal mind, when confronted with the Spirit of Christ, can tear. It will come apart. You can't do it. You can't put the Spirit of Christ in the carnal mind. You will break.
There are only two ways that you can be prepared to safely pursue Kabbalah. What are those two ways, does anybody remember? You have to be protected in one of two ways, or you are flirting with danger. Does anybody remember?
COMMENT: Keeping the law and having Christ Jesus in you.
PASTOR VITALE: Yes.
You have to be scrupulously keeping the law or you have to have Christ Jesus formed in you and following Him to the best of your ability. If you are not in one of those two categories, it is dangerous for you. Or if you are in overt sin. You can have Christ Jesus, but if you are overtly pursuing some form of sin, either mental or physical sin, you are in danger of having a mental breakdown.
So we now all understand what the unity of God is and what it means to us. I'm going to finish this up, and we are going to finish this section anyway.
We are finding out now that the Nun with a numerical value of 50 in the word Ozen is the main letter, and that the other eight are added to it. That's the Aleph, for a numerical value of 1, and the Zayin for a numerical value of 7, and that the 8 of the 58 numerical value of Ozen is broken down into a 1 and a 7. I just told you that.
We are going to stop here tonight. This was half new territory and half not, so we are going on with new territory. The Lord willing, next Sunday my plans are to teach from The Tree of Life, on Sundays, and do other work on Thursday, if the Lord lets me do that. Last Thursday, we brought forth an excellent message, but it was not what I intended to bring forth. So these are my plans. We will see whatever God gives us, but congratulations all of you. We are really moving on. We got through the review, the Lord has anointed me to teach on a much more understandable level, to really break this down for you. I guess we are really breaking the bread here, and you are responding. Are there any questions about this at all, about what I just taught you about the unity or anything that I taught you today? I think you are all doing great. God bless you.
