PRESS RELEASE #6

HOW JUDICIAL WATCH FIGHTS BAD GOVERNANCE

Sheila R. Vitale is the pastor of Living Epistles Ministries and Christ-Centered Kabbalah, both of which are based in Port Jefferson Station, New York. A strong believer in supporting charitable organizations in numerous ways, Sheila R. Vitale has donated to Judicial Watch.

Judicial Watch, Inc. is a non-partisan foundation that was formed to promote transparency, integrity, and accountability in government and in politics. Focused on education, the organization promotes high moral and ethical standards in everyday public life, work, and in leadership, while seeking to ensure that judicial and political officials do not abuse the powers with which they have been entrusted.

Founded on the principle that the law is above everyone, Judicial Watch applies freedom of information, works to uncover government misconduct, investigates errant officials, and litigates against errant officials engaging in corrupt practices. This non-profit also promotes high moral and ethical standards in the judiciary by holding judges to account on their use of judicial powers and ethics.

Judicial Watch’s programs, along with its publication, the Verdict, and other special reports, have published op-eds and speeches. They also educate and provide training to concerned citizens on how to use the Freedom of Information Act to achieve their goals of openness and accountability.
