PRESS RELEASE #17

WORLD VISION'S ROLE IN ALLEVIATING POVERTY AND INJUSTICE

Sheila R. Vitale, the pastor and manager of Living Epistles Ministries and Christ-Centered Kabbalah, lectures and writes about spiritual principles and the Old and New Testaments. Sheila R. Vitale also donates to World Vision through the companies she manages.

World Vision is a Christian organization committed to spreading God’s love by working with children, families, and communities to tackle the root causes of poverty and injustice. Present in almost 100 countries around the globe, the organization provides emergency help to families devastated by conflict and natural disasters and partners with local communities to find long-term solutions that lift people out of poverty. In addition, World Vision works with local churches to advocate for spiritual and social growth, to seek justice for the poor, and to foster transformational development.

World Vision, motivated by deep Christian faith, serves all people, regardless of race, religion, gender, or ethnicity. It advocates for the dignity, respect, and intrinsic worth of all people externally while promoting a participative and open working style internally.
