WHY DID IT DIE?

I.

The Birth of the World Of Points

           The second aspect that Adam Kadmon brought out from the inside of himself were the hairs of his beard, which extended out from the most inclusive Name SaG(63). After that the Cantellation marks of the Name SaG(63) -- which is the Ears, the Nose, and the Mouth of Adam Kadmon -- extended down to the Navel. After that, the remaining aspects of the SAG which were inside of Adam Kadmon did not come outside at all, because they were enclothed within the Names MaH(45) and BaN(52).

            Then, the outer aspects of MaH(45) and BaN(52) also wanted to come out, so all the inner aspects of the Name SaG(63) -- which had been concealed within the inner light of the Names MaH(45) and BaN(52) -- rose up, and those inner lights of MaH(45) and BaN(52) went up with them becoming the "female waters" to the cantellation marks of the Name SaG(63), which were no longer enclothed within the Names MaH(45) and BaN(52).

            The cantellation marks of the SAG then coupled with the whole of the Name AB, and the outer aspects of the Name BaN, the female, were born, and took their place surrounding Adam Kadmon below His Navel.

            After this, the cantillation marks of the SaG(63) and the whole of the Name AB(72) coupled again, and MaH(45), the son, Ze’ir Anpin, was born.

Inside And Outside Of Adam Kadmon

Aspects Of The Names MaH(45) And BaN(52)

Below Adam Kadmon’s Navel (World Of Points)

            After the diaphragm1 was revealed at the midpoint on the inside of Adam Kadmon, however, the inner aspect of the Names MaH(45) and BaN(52) of Adam Kadmon turned around and went back down to spread within Him from the Navel downward.

            The revelation of Adam Kadmon’s diaphragm prevented the outer aspects of the Names SaG(63), MaH(45) and BaN(52) from seeping back into the inside of Adam Kadmon.

            The main Light required by the World of Points is returning Light (Light which ascends from inside of Adam Kadmon, shines out of his Eyes, and descends to the World of Points, which is surrounds the Adam Kadmon, below His Navel).

            BaN(52), the Light of the World of Points (returning Light outside of Adam Kadmon), is destined to be married to the male MaH(45) after He is born.

            The Light on the inside of Adam Kadmon, below his Navel (the "inside" of the World of Points) is "straight" light which penetrates outward through the skin from the Navel downward.

            This "straight" Light of the World of Points, illuminates the World of Points through the pores of the skin, the opening of the Yesod, the Navel, and the opening in the rear.

III.

The Bride, The Groom & The Serpent

            So we see that the returning Light that shines out of Adam Kadmon’s Eyes and descends below His Navel is "the Bride," and the straight Light that penetrates outward from the inside of Adam Kadmon below the Navel, is the "illuminating Light," which brings intellectual enlightenment. Does this sound familiar? Can you see Adam, Eve and the Serpent in this scenario?

IV.

The Death Of The World Of Points

    ACCORDING TO KABBALAH 

            Kabbalah says that the World of Points died when the Vessels of the World of Points shattered because they could not adequately process the Light that was poured into them.

            The reason for this problem was that the 10 Sefirot of the World of Points came out in a straight line, one under the other, because the Lights that came out of the Eyes of Adam Kadmon (which were to form the World of Points) could not see the Lights that previously came forth from Adam Kadmon's Ears and Nose, which were to be guideposts for the placement of the left and right columns.

            The Light of Adam Kadmon's Mouth was the guidepost for the placement of the center column so, since Adam Kadmon could only see the Light of Adam Kadmon's Mouth, all 10 Sefirot lined up, one on top of the other, in the place of the center column, and the rest is history.

            We are told that it was inevitable that Adam Kadmon would be blinded to the Lights of his Ears and Nose, and that God planned the death of the World of Points because it was the only way to form Adam Kadmon into the now familiar three-column configuration.

            "Life comes out of the death" we are told, and this is the only way to fulfill the Will of the Creator. The World of Points did not fall because of sin. Neither did the shattering of the Vessels have anything to do with the fall of Adam. All was ordained by God. Everything is as it should be.

            Mortal man's raison d'etre (reason for existing) is to help the Creator restore to the worlds above the sparks of Light that fell into this World of Action when the Vessels shattered, which is taking such a very long time because, to accomplish the task, we must first be perfected by keeping of the Law, and performing good works (mitzvahs).

V.

The Death Of The World Of Points

ACCORDING TO CHRIST-CENTERED KABBALAH

            Events that are initiated in the highest world repeat themselves in every plane of consciousness that exists, or is ordained to exist, below the world of origin. Each event changes in form, but not in substance, as it passes through the planes of consciousness, and appears in the various worlds of each plane.

            The account of Adam, Eve and the Serpent in the Book of Genesis, for example, is the outplaying in the World of Action, of the events that led up to the shattering of the Vessels of the World of Points. The substance, although not the actual events in the World of Action, is the same as that of the World of Points:

            THERE IS A MALE IN THE OUTPLAYING OF BOTH WORLDS --

            In the World of Points, MaH(45) is Ze'ir Anpin, the Son of Wisdom (AB(72)) and Understanding (SaG(63));

            In the World of Action, Adam is the male, the husband of Eve.

            THERE IS A FEMALE IN THE OUTPLAYING OF BOTH WORLDS --

            In the World of Points, BaN(52) is the Bride;

            In the World of Action, Eve is the female, the wife of Adam.

            THERE IS A MARRIAGE IN THE OUTPLAYING OF BOTH WORLDS --

            In the World of Points, there is a "third coupling" (according to Rabbi Chayyim Vital), which is between MaH(45), the bridegroom, and BaN(52), the Bride (which are the Son and Daughter of the AB(72) and the Cantellations of the SaG(63) of Adam Kadmon;

            In the World of Action, Adam and Eve are man and wife.

            THERE IS A SHATTERING EXPERIENCE IN THE OUTPLAYING OF BOTH WORLDS --

            In the World of Points, the Vessels break and fall down to the world below;

            In the World of Action, Adam and Eve are forcibly expelled from the immortal side of the Garden of Eden.

            THERE IS A DESCENT IN THE QUALITY OF EXISTENCE IN THE OUTPLAYING OF BOTH WORLDS --

            In the World of Points, some sparks of the Light are trapped in the shards of the shattered Vessels which fell down into a Lower World;

            In the World of Action, Adam and Eve (and their descendants) are trapped in the unending cycle of reincarnation, from which they are powerless to disentangle themselves. 

            According to the Doctrine of Christ, Adam's wife was formed from the substance of the Primordial Rahab (see, Message # 523, Rahab; Adam & The Two Judgments). The Woman had an evil side which she inherited from from Rahab, her father, and a good side which was added to her when she married righteous Adam. Her evil side was her true nature, but her good side was just "a gift," which she would only have so long as she was joined to Adam. Her goodness did not arise out of her own nature.

            The Woman was always vulnerable to the influence of Rahab, her father, because she had inherited his nature and Rahab, who manifested himself to his daughter as the Serpent, the unconscious part of the Woman's mind, whispered to her "to come home to his nature" continually.

            Eventually, the Woman fell prey to the whisper of the Serpent, turned towards her evil side, and became the enemy of righteous Adam, her husband. Adam must have discerned the Woman's change of nature on some level of consciousness because he had been instructed by Jehovah that this could happen until such time as the Woman's nature was changed to righteousness through union the Jehovah. But Adam, who had never experienced evil, believed the illusion that his wife's nature was still good, rather than the truth. Today, we call such a reaction, "denial."

            Adam, then, blinded by the Serpent's witchcraft manifesting through the Woman, did not defend himself against "the enemy within," but passively allowed himself to be joined to the Serpent's nature through the agency of his wife (Gen. 3:6).

            NOTE: According to the Doctrine of Christ, Rahab is a spiritual female who is acting out a male role, to the extent that she brings forth spiritual offspring.

VI.

The Fall, According to

CHRIST-CENTERED KABBALAH

      In Kabbalistic Terms 

            The Son (MaH(45)) and Daughter (BaN(52)) of the Wisdom (AB(72)) and the Understanding (SaG(63)) of Adam Kadmon, were destined to marry after they were both born to the outside of Adam Kadmon. But the female, who was born to the outside of Adam Kadmon before the male, was seduced by the inner aspects of BaN(52), her own female, inner self, with the promise of intellectual enlightenment.

            The inner (unconscious) aspects of BaN(52) (the Woman) then penetrated the outer (conscious) aspects of her own, other self (BaN(52)) from the inside of Adam Kadmon, and the outer (conscious) aspects of the Woman (BaN(52)) married her other, inner (unconscious), female self, instead of MaH(45), the Son, before MaH(45), her Bridegroom, was born.

            This illegal, spiritually homosexual marriage, then, has resulted in the formation of the lower worlds in the image of the Serpent, rather than in the image of the Wisdom and Understanding of Adam Kadmon, and the offspring of that unholy union is appearing today as the Carnal Mind of mortal man, which is the cause of all suffering, torment, disease, and repeated, painful incarnations, by which we experience death over and over again.
